How long does it take to set up?
About two minutes of your time. Paste your website, approve the drafted persona and you're in. Learning the full site runs in the background and usually finishes within minutes, depending on the number of pages.
Will the agent make things up?
The agent is instructed to answer only from your own website content and cites the pages it used. When information isn't available, it says so and offers your contact details or an inquiry form instead of guessing.
What happens when my website changes?
Your agent checks your website automatically (weekly on Starter, every 3 days on Growth and daily on Pro) and picks up new, changed and removed pages. Unchanged pages are skipped, so checks are fast. You can also trigger a check from your dashboard or call a webhook whenever you publish.
How do I add the chat to my website?
Copy one line of code from your dashboard and paste it into your site. It works with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Google Tag Manager and any custom website. Colours, position, greeting and launcher style are all customisable.
Which languages does it speak?
Your agent replies in the visitor's language by default, or you can lock it to a single language in the agent settings.
Do I need a developer?
No. Everything, from setup and instructions to testing and lead management, happens in your dashboard.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days with the features of your chosen plan and a trial allowance of 100 answers and 40 pages. No card is charged automatically: choose a plan when you're ready.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose the plan that fits and we'll activate it. If you don't continue, your agent simply pauses. You won't be charged automatically.
What counts as an AI answer?
Each reply your agent sends counts as one answer. Visitor messages, knowledge browsing and settings changes are free.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Your agent pauses new answers until the allowance resets on the 1st, and we let you know in the dashboard. You can upgrade at any time to continue immediately.
What is a re-learn?
A re-learn refreshes your agent's knowledge from your live website, which is useful after you add products or update content. Your first learning is always included.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Request a change from the Plan & usage page in your dashboard and it takes effect for the current month.
Do you offer custom plans?
For several websites, higher volumes or special requirements, contact our sales team.
What counts as a researched company?
Each company whose website Sales AI reads and scores for you. Websites we skip, because they block automated visitors, forbid it in robots.txt or aren't a business, don't count.
Where do the leads come from?
From OpenStreetMap business listings, from our AI's market research, or from a list you upload. Every company is then checked on its own website, and contact details come only from what the company publishes there.
Do you send the emails?
No, your own mailbox does. You connect it with an app password, and emails go out a few at a time inside your sending window, so replies land in your inbox and your reputation stays yours.
Is it legal?
Sales AI is built for lawful B2B outreach: honest content, your company name and postal address in every email, one-click unsubscribe, do-not-contact lists and company role addresses only for EU, UK and Swiss businesses. You stay responsible for following the laws of the markets you contact. See our terms.
Is there a free trial?
No. Sales AI starts as soon as you subscribe. You pay monthly by card through Stripe and can cancel any time from Plan & usage → Manage billing, keeping access until the end of the paid month.
Can I use both products?
Yes. Support AI and Sales AI are separate plans on the same account. Switch between them from the dashboard sidebar.
